If you are deathly afraid of dental work this practice will put you at ease. From the moment I came in they were calm and gave me all of my options. They assured me I would be in no pain and if I was having any issues with pain they would fix it. This is the very first time I’ve walked in and back out feeling comfortable. I had a root canal and a clean out of an old root canal. I’m a mom of 3 after my appointment I was able to take care of everything this evening with no discomfort. This was my first time going to Fox Creek Endodontics and I have to say it was a great experience Dr. Tran was amazing he took his time with me and was very nice and his assistant Katarina was awesome she assisted Dr.Tran and made sure I was comfortable I also meet the other Doctor Dr. Rosell he was very nice as well and the office is beautiful.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had such a great experience with this office and team that I felt I needed to share my gratitude. Let me start by saying I was very nervous about having a root canal. I came here after a questionable consultation elsewhere, so my anxiety was already high. From the very beginning, the staff at Fox Creek were incredibly kind, patient, and willing to answer all of my (many!) questions. As someone who struggles with anxiety and tends to overanalyze things, I can’t express enough how much I appreciated their understanding and patience. This is honestly the best team I’ve ever encountered in the medical or dental field. For anyone who’s scared of getting a root canal because of what you’ve read online—please don’t let that fear stop you. My procedure was completely painless and felt very similar to getting a simple filling. While everyone heals differently, my discomfort afterward was minimal—just a bit of jaw soreness and tenderness in my cheek from the numbing, easily managed with over-the-counter medication and bettered day by day, it was completely gone within 2 weeks. I also want to give a huge thank you to the doctor and his team for being so compassionate and supportive. I don’t typically have anxiety attacks before dental work, but all the horror stories online had me on edge when I sat down for the procedure. Instead of rushing or getting frustrated, they took the time to talk me through everything until I was calm and comfortable. Their patience and care truly made all the difference, and I’m so grateful—they went above and beyond what most providers would do. If you’re someone who knows you tend to panic, I wouldn’t expect that reaction to disappear—but I can say this team will handle it with compassion and professionalism. They gave me the time and reassurance I needed to calm down, and because of that, I was able to complete the procedure comfortably instead of rescheduling for sedation. If you’re anxious or hesitant about getting a root canal, this is absolutely the place to go. They genuinely care about their patients and make what could be a stressful experience feel safe, calm, and easy. Thank you again to everyone who participated in my care and procedure.
