My experience with Dr. Russell changed my life, and I feel compelled to share it. Three years ago, I had a root canal that never healed properly. Since then, I had been living with on-and-off pain that was exhausting, disruptive, and emotionally draining. I visited several general dentists, periodontists, and endodontics. Nobody could tell what was wrong because the X-rays looked completely normal. Despite all the consultations, no doctor could give me a real explanation—or a solution. Eventually, through a recommendation, I found Dr. Russell, and everything changed. With remarkable experience and intuition, he immediately suspected that my previously treated tooth had hidden accessory canals—something too small to appear on X-rays, but perfectly consistent with my symptoms. His diagnosis was the first that truly made sense to me. I decided to proceed with an apicoectomy, and I can confidently say it was the best decision I have made for my dental health. The entire procedure was completely painless. Dr. Russell’s technique is exceptionally skillful and gentle. Because of the complexity of my case, he also performed a bone graft and thoroughly cleaned the infected area. My recovery was smooth: only mild discomfort for about a week, and then everything healed beautifully. Most importantly, the persistent nerve pain and toothache that had haunted me for two three years disappeared completely. My overall health even improved, as the long-standing infection had been affecting my immune system. Dr. Russell is, without exaggeration, the most exceptional endodontist I have ever met. He is caring, patient, compassionate, incredibly knowledgeable, and genuinely humble—a rare combination in any field. I respect him deeply and recommend him wholeheartedly. If you have a difficult, confusing, or “unsolvable” dental problem—especially one that other doctors cannot diagnose—Dr. Russell is the person you want. He may be the only one who can truly fix it. His expertise restored not only my tooth, but also my comfort, confidence, and quality of life.

If you are deathly afraid of dental work this practice will put you at ease. From the moment I came in they were calm and gave me all of my options. They assured me I would be in no pain and if I was having any issues with pain they would fix it. This is the very first time I’ve walked in and back out feeling comfortable. I had a root canal and a clean out of an old root canal. I’m a mom of 3 after my appointment I was able to take care of everything this evening with no discomfort. This was my first time going to Fox Creek Endodontics and I have to say it was a great experience Dr. Tran was amazing he took his time with me and was very nice and his assistant Katarina was awesome she assisted Dr.Tran and made sure I was comfortable I also meet the other Doctor Dr. Rosell he was very nice as well and the office is beautiful.
